Welcome to GO BY TESLA! This site and application allow for private transportation services with Tesla electric vehicles. By using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read carefully before making any registration or booking.
By making a booking, the user declares that: - They have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions; - They agree with our Privacy Policy; - They have legal capacity to contract private transportation services. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
The user must create an account and provide: full name, valid email, phone number, billing data and payment method. The user is responsible for keeping data updated, account confidentiality and notifying GO BY TESLA in case of misuse.
After registration, the booking must include: vehicle model, pickup and destination location, date and time, and payment method. The booking must be made with at least 60 minutes in advance and is only valid after GO BY TESLA confirmation.
The service price will be informed before confirmation. Payments can be made online or on-site. After confirmation and payment, an invoice will be issued in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
- Cancellation with more than 24h: full refund; - Between 24h and 6h: 50% charge; - Less than 6h or absence: full charge. Refunds are made by the same payment method within 10 business days.
The user undertakes to provide correct data, appear at the location, comply with safety rules and respect drivers and vehicles.
GO BY TESLA acts as a trip intermediary and is not responsible for delays, traffic, weather, force majeure or lost items.
GO BY TESLA may cancel or reschedule in case of unavailability, safety, maintenance or fraud. The user may choose full refund or trip rescheduling.
All Platform content is property of GO BY TESLA and cannot be reproduced without authorization.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the district of Lisbon.

GO BY TESLA, Lda. respects user privacy and complies with GDPR and applicable Portuguese legislation.
We collect: full name, date of birth, email, phone, booking data, payment data (via certified partners) and technical data (IP, device).
Process bookings, issue invoices, communicate changes, ensure security and prevent fraud.
Data may be shared with drivers, payment partners and legal authorities. GO BY TESLA never sells data to third parties.
Booking and billing data: up to 10 years. Contact data: until deletion request. Technical data: up to 12 months.
The data subject may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and file a complaint with CNPD.
We use encryption, secure servers, restricted access and periodic audits.
Changes will be communicated on the website, application or by email.
